As I visited our Bank of Hawaii located adjacent to The Maui Theater in the Lahaina Shopping Center at about 10:30 AM this morning, I saw and heard a long line of happy young people waiting to enter The Maui Theatre.  I inquired of one of the adults waiting with the children to ask what the event was and what grade level the young people were.  I learned they were to see Ulalena, a fantastic musical featuring songs, dance and music from Hawaiian Fold Lore.

The children were 4th and 5th graders who attend schools all around Maui.
